09/14/2010 - Bucks County Restaurants Review - The Temperance House

Last Saturday I was walking around Newtown and decided to stop in to the Temperance House for a drink. They offer Happy Hour deals on the weekend so that was a nice bonus. I liked their selection of draft beers and settled on their IPA. I am a fan of hoppy beers and this one did not disappoint. My Dad met me for a drink as we watched some College Football. What a great way to watch a game...sitting on a couch with a beer at a nice bar. The Temp House also offers drink specials during Penn State and all NFL games! Overall it was another great day in Newtown. Next time you are in the area and looking for a relaxing but fun bar to enjoy a drink and watch the game, definitely try the Temperance House.
