This Country Inn boasts 13 recently remodeled suites with various bed sizes including Full, Queen or King. Each room, tucked away on the 2nd and 3rd floors of The Temperance House is distinctly and uniquely decorated housing a feeling of the past (the building was built in 1772!) with all the amenities of the modern world. One of our suites has the original plank wood flooring paired with a fireplace for extra coziness. There is a continental breakfast served in our parlor on the 2nd floor as well as views of charming State Street where you can imagine the cobblestone streets and horese-drawn carriages of the late 1700's. Our Inn is within walking distance of many area eateries (there is also a Starbucks only a block away) but the closest one is downstairs in The Temperance House's Tavern and Dining Rooms.
